With a masterful interplay of high-polished stainless steel metal and intricately hand-blown glass, this inaugural venture into collectible design heralds a bold new chapter in Kym Ellery’s illustrious design journey.
The base, visually heavy and curved by hand, features an open void before the central stem extends upward towards the sky, where at the end, you will find a dual-light moulin arm.
The arm's 360-degree rotation allows for customizable positioning of the lighting, while the hand-blown glass lampshades cradle the soft illumination, adding to its artisanal charm.
Originally inspired by the form of a piece of jewellery from within the archives of ELLERY, this sculptural lamp embodies Kym's desire to create an object that reflects and evolves ELLERY's design language.
Collaborating with highly skilled Parisian artisans, Ellery brought 'The Moulin Lamp' to life. "It is essential to preserve the savoir-faire of these ancient skills and support local craftsmanship," she emphasised.
Limited to an edition of eight, this piece promises both exclusivity and artistry.
